3M 1245 Embossed Copper Foil Tape is an industrial grade acrylic adhesive that facilitates soldering and is resistant to oxidation and discoloration. The electrically conductive tape has a dead soft copper foil backing and is pressed with embossed pattern. The edges of this tape cut though the adhesive layer and establish strong contact between the backing and substrate. The metal foil tape is widely used in industrial applications that require grounding and EMI shielding like eliminating dangerous static build-up on CRTs and computer peripherals.
